Assume responsibility early on
We offer our learners a learning environment in which they can fully develop their potential. From an early age, they act independently and on their own responsibility and begin to organise themselves in their personal working and learning environment. In doing so, we place our fullest trust in the learners. Our goal is to prepare the learners in the best possible way for the professional world. First experiences of success are not long in coming ...
... in the student branch
Retail trade trainees manage a branch independently as part of a team. This is done in three language regions.
... in the Junior Team Distribution
A dedicated team of apprentices is responsible for the entire delivery of a town's mail.
... in a Power Team
Our commercial apprentices work independently as a team and carry out projects and orders independently.
... in a group of apprentices
Prospective ICT specialists develop IT solutions in special learning groups.
Young professional learners on a big scale
In the context of professional championships you have the opportunity to compete with other learners and prove your skills. Swiss Post will also support you here.
