Marketing Technologists (MT) are IT-coded resources that work closely with Marketing, Media and Sales teams as essential technical partners in leveraging the multitude of digital platforms, data streams, external agencies and emerging technology partners required to drive the business and win with our consumer’s Digital path-to-purchase.   • Drive the Technology: drive unique IT contributions in each SMO, with strong focus on IT Architecture, Platforms, Systems Integration, Data strategy and Data activation, as well as GDPR, Cyber-Security and Privacy.

  • Support the Business: by driving better consumer targeting and media effectiveness. Marketing Technologists priorities are fully linked to the eBusiness challenges and opportunities. They own both strategic and operational elements.

What we are looking for :

In this role, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Technology leader with data-savvy skills and a passion to turn insights into action.

Become a member of the Pampers Startup Team to shape how the Pampers Club program delivers value to parents through data, analytics, and AI capability.

The Pampers Club program is P&G’s largest and most active CRM program and first-party database, and we use this valuable data asset to deliver a more personalized consumer experience across touchpoints (mobile app, web, email, SMS), improve our media targeting online, and connect across P&G functional domains. We have been recognized across the marketing and advertising industry for our best-in-class program and innovative technical leadership in advertising.

Our team has a data-centric culture that is focused on using data and AI to grow users, drive engagement, and increase how much users spend with Pampers. We have a bias towards experimentation and learning fast. In this role you will be hands-on with our data to discover new insights and turn those insights into action by delivering new technical solutions and data products (consumer-facing and business-facing).

On a day-to-day basis you can expect to

  • Perform analytics and deliver insights for Pampers Club across digital products and touchpoints.

  • Lead the creation of new algorithms and data products

  • Lead the design and delivery of business transformation projects

  • Be the go-to trusted leader for using technology, analytics, and data science to solve key business problems

  • Lead and communicate effectively across functional and external partners to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results. Act as a bridge builder between Marketing, CMK and IT.

  • Make sure that our marketing systems adhere to IT policies including cybersecurity and privacy mandates

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and experienced across a variety of key Marketing and IT areas. We are seeking an expert at data analytics with experience using various tools to drive insights, create algorithms, and build new data products. You’re a fast learner, can work collaboratively across functions, and have a passion to get hands-on with technology. You are disciplined in your execution and comfortable leading digital thinking within your brand team.

  • A BS or MS/MBA in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics or Statistics.

  • Experience with using data to identify business-building insights and then turning those insights into a data product or technical solution.

  • Passion to grow the following IT skills: Data Analytics, Data Science, and Marketing Technology

  • Strong communication skills are required. This is a client facing role - communication with the business will be required.


  • Marketing Technology experience

  • Data Analytics skills, including experience querying data (via SQL/other) and using analytical tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, Google Big Query, KNIME, and Python

  • Experience working with Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM) or Loyalty Programs to win the shopper path to purchase and leverage data to optimize consumer engagement, conversion, and Lifetime Value
