MANAGER, PUBLIC RELATIONS

MAIN PURPOSE

  • Strategic Planning and reporting
  • Actively participate in the business plan preparation, developing PR ideas and concepts supporting long-term business goals
  • Develop strong PR plan for the year, with strategic focus on local market specifications and quarterly review
  • Organization of press events (i.e Pre and Post WW, press dinners/lunches, etc..)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand awareness and visibility:

  • PR value and coverage (qualitative and quantitative),
  • PR stories pitching and strategizing
  • PR reporting (DMR reports, quarterly reports, projection of KPIs linked to product launches)
  • PRL drafting and copyrighting
  • PRL dispatching, negotiation of stories and coverage

Press events & Execution:

  • PR event management and execution ( Press trips, local PR activations, Pre-WW, WW and post WW)

Press relations:

  • Maintain and/or further establishing positive relationships with press, ensuring positive projection of brand image
  • Daily liaison with media, to address media enquiries and requests
  • Management of PR stock and movement of product

PR budget management:

  • Accurate budget planning
  • Accurate and regular reporting

Creativity and innovation in PR:

  • Come up with innovative, entrepreneurial ideas in PR to push brand awareness even further
  • Have agility and adaptility to local market and needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, partners, etc..

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor and above
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Public Relations

Technical Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of editorial landscape in the US
  • Focus on innovation and creativity
  • Good relationship with key editors
  • Understanding and passion for product
