European Visual Merchandising Manager ( m/f/x - 100%)

To support our Visual Merchandising Team we are looking for a:

VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER - EUROPE (M/F/X — 100%)

Reporting to the EMEIA Managing Director and functionally to the Team Lead Visual Merchandising at our headquarter, this manager is responsible for setting up, coordinating and implementing all VM measures for our European platforms, together with the local teams and agencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Work together with local markets, HQ architecture and retail team in order to ensure successful points of sale openings, renovations and relocations.
  • Manage all European animation changes in retail and wholesale (windows, displays and decorations) in strong cooperation with agencies and local managers
  • Main point of contact for agencies and local suppliers for all European VM activations
  • VM and product presentation trainings on the field and online
  • Lead installation and decoration updates in the markets together with agencies and local managers
  • Evaluation for all EU markets- to ensure excellence in VM execution is reached and maintained
  • VM guideline management and creation with support of external agencies

PROFILE:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in the luxury Industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to run inter departmental projects
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluent in English and German, and additional language is a plus
  • Strong eye for details
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Proactive and service-oriented
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Travel within Europe Is required - 60%
