ECOMMERCE MANAGER - IWC, NEW YORK

MAIN PURPOSE:

Based in New York, the Ecommerce Manager will be overseeing IWC’s ecommerce growth and performance. This role will report to the retail director and will be responsible for building and implementing the ecommerce roadmap for the market. S/he will be working across departments to have a 360 degree approach to the ecommerce development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and execute local ecommerce roadmap in collaboration with marketing & retail local teams and the Maison’s central digital teams.
  • Optimize user experience through:
    • Daily audits of the website to identify bugs and follow up bug resolution.
    • UX enhancement propositions to improve client journey online and conversion.
    • Pilot and test enhancement projects for the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to:
    • Establish activation calendar
    • Track search performance
    • Drive qualified traffic to the website
  • Product & orders:
    • Manage product allocation, forecast, and assortment for the ecommerce channel
    • Collaborate with the Maison’s central digital team to optimize merchandising online
    • Track and process sold orders through web platform, manage sold orders & pre-orders pipeline.
    • Control Ecommerce stock and collaborate with the Operations manager to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Concierge team support:
    • Support the concierge team to achieve their sales targets, KPI, and build long term client relationships.
    • Day to day monitoring and communication with Concierge team to ensure performance.
    • Work closely with the CRM manager to build clienteling programs and activities to increase conversion and rentention.
  • Analytics:
    • Track the web & phone KPI: conversion, client journey, cart, Opt in, Bounce rate, Traffic.
    • Build analytics & reporting to efficiently monitor performance and identify actionable strategies.
    • Observe and analyze market and consumer trends and continuously have a curious and creative mind to grow the channel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of experience in ecommerce.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Technical Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to use Google Analytics, SAP, Sales Force, Microsoft office
  • Strong understanding of the web KPI, analytics and the ecommerce landscape
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media

  • Strong team player. Capacity to collaborate with various departments
  • Very organized
  • Able to work on multiple projects at one time
