MANAGER, MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING - IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN, NEW YORK CITY

MAIN PURPOSE

  • Plan and implement innovative media & digital mktg strategy with an efficient mix of paid media levers with engagement and conversion objectives (i.e. display, OOH, social, influencer marketing etc..)
  • Ensure national budget is correctly managed and coordinate implementation tactics between HQ/local planning to make sure they are complementary and address local business needs.
  • Adjust campaign tactics based on insights and reports on a regular basis

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Media & Digital:

  • Define and implement a national media strategy based on business needs and solid KPIs
  • Lead and manage media agency to align on local media strategy and key KPIs
  • Supervise BBB entries into system
  • Work hand in hand with e-commerce manager to align strategy and sell out expectations for iwc.com

COOP Marketing:

  • Work closely with retailer partners to define and direct a COOP strategy based on business needs: budget allocation per quadrant analysis
  • Lead a execute a COOP strategy that complements brand campaign and brand objectives, geared towards high visibility OOH and digital conversion campaigns
  • Support external boutiques expansion through curated COOP plans to ensure successful ROI

Social Media:

  • Develop and lead social media account and calendar
  • Work with team on creating a local approach to social media content creation
  • Ensure regular e-newsletter schedule in line with overall communication strategy aligned with the CRM manager
  • Manage and identify key influencers for the local market to help deliver on high reach, engagement and affinity for the brand
  • Identify new social media trends and opportunities, understand and advise how the business can expand its social media activity
  • Attend industry events, seminars and networking sessions to keep abreast of digital trends and technologies

Budget Management:

  • Manage a substantial media and COOP budget utilizing the best media channels for the clear objectives
  • Maintain internal campaign spend documents, reconciling general billing issues, invoicing/crediting partners
  • Ensure budget is maintained and closely reviewed for optimum efficiency
  • Track invoicing process with key stakeholders, finance department, retail partners, media agency etc…

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor and above
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Media & Digital Marketing

Technical Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of media landscape in the US
  • Focus on ecommerce driven tactics
  • Good relationship with publishers
  • Understanding of social media platforms and content management
  • Basic knowledge of photoshop, indesign, etc..
